Kelly handles everything HR including payroll, benefits, employee engagement and development. During her career, she has implemented better systems and adjusted programs to promote employee satisfaction in their roles. She isn’t afraid to be honest and transparent with her team while also being incredibly personable. Her goal? To make sure employees are satisfied with their jobs and their work meets expectations.
